Forest Retreat Luxury Villas
Forest Retreat Luxury Villas is the only 5-star classified accommodation in Bușteni: three private villas at the edge of the forest in the quiet Zamora neighbourhood, with a superb view of the Bucegi Mountains.
Each villa is rented in full, just for you, your friends or your family. There is no reception, no restaurant and no shared hallways, only your villa, the garden and the quiet of the forest.
From May to October the heated outdoor pool awaits you, and all year round you can relax in the hot tub, the sauna and the salt room with Himalayan salt walls. Breakfast is prepared on request and served right in your villa.
The Kalinderu ski slope, Cantacuzino Castle and Peleș Castle are only a few minutes away, and Bucharest is about 1 hour and 45 minutes by car.

Villa BRUNO is our hideaway for two: a private villa at the edge of the forest, for couples who want to put the world on pause for a few days.
The attic master bedroom, with a King Size bed and solid wood, gives you a view of Caraiman Peak and the forest straight from your bed. The bathroom, with direct access from the bedroom, has a toilet with bidet function. The living room, with panoramic windows and natural stone, has a sofa bed for 2 more people if needed. The open-plan kitchen, with a granite worktop and an espresso machine, has everything you need to cook together.
The forest terrace is yours alone, and from the bedroom you can hear the Zamora stream. From May to October the outdoor hot tub is just for you; the rest of the year you can use the shared outdoor hot tub. Guests also have access to the heated outdoor pool (May – October) and the Himalayan salt room.

Villa ELENA is the villa for families or a small group of friends: 200 sqm on three levels, 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and enough space for everyone to have their own quiet corner.
The heart of the villa is the winter garden, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, green plants all year round and massage chairs. This is where you will find the indoor hot tub, yours alone for your whole stay, looking straight out at the forest, and in winter at the snow.
The villa has a private infrared sauna, an open-plan kitchen with a granite worktop and a dining area, and from the terrace you can hear the Zamora stream. Guests also have access to the heated outdoor pool (May – October) and the Himalayan salt room.

Villa IRIS is your mountain villa when you travel as a group: birthdays, family reunions, team retreats or simply a few days together.
It has 6 bedrooms on two floors, each with its own bathroom (four twin and two double), and on each floor an infrared sauna and a kitchenette. The ground floor is the social area, with a living room, sound system and karaoke, and the dining room has a long solid wood table that seats the whole group.
The outdoor hot tub awaits you in the garden, and the villa also has a gym, the only one in the complex. The glazed terrace looks out over the Bucegi Mountains. Guests also have access to the heated outdoor pool (May – October) and the Himalayan salt room.
